In recent years, CaCO3 filler has been widely used in plastic manufacturer due to abundant usefulness. Though CaCO3 can be found in a lot of countries in the world, Vietnam is well-known for NATURAL WHITE huge amount of limestone deposits, with 125 limestone deposits have been searched and explored, estimatedly about 13 billion tons (2015). In VIVADO, we are well-aware of that characteristic and strictly control the whole process with our skilled chemical engineer and well-trained workers, following complete circle manufacturing process (from material to final products management).

1. MATERIAL QUALITY

Well – preserved storing and filtering- Test material before manufacture by MFI Tester XRL 400, Moisture Tester MA150, heat treatment MT9507, Master sizer Malvern 20002.

2. MEASURING

Check 2 times per day- Check and measure 2 times before mixing

3. MIXING- Malvern Mastersizer 2000 to test CaCO3 size

Check regularly about temperature and evenness of ingredients

4. TWIN SCREW EXTRUDE

Control in main electric cabinet- Change MESH on time

5. PACKING

Let the finished filler not to cool/too warm to avoid moisture- When packing in PP bags, poke holes to allow steam dehydrate- Place some silica get inside palette and container to absorb moisture- Place carton above and below product- 9 rounds of shrink film wrapping for one pallet to avoid moisture to protect from moisture and damage during shipping time

6. PRODUCT TESTING

Set standard COA for filler to meet adequate % of CaCO3, density (1.66), Melt Index, Moisture (0.1WT), size of filler (3x3 mm)- Test to check dispersion and moisture by blowing film samples

7. STORING

Moisture control system are installed to keep warehouse clean and dry all the time- Keep one bag of filler for each exported order as a quality proof

8. QC CHECKING BEFORE DELIVERY

To ensure products with the best quality before delivery, check again quality, shipping mark, stamps, etc.
