Applications

  1. PE shopping bags & garbage bags.
  2. PE industrial films, packaging material & containers etc.
  3. HDPE blow molding or PP injection molding. It can improve machine’s extrusion efficiency and increase film & mold’s physical properties.

Features

  1. EF grades is a polyethylene based (HDPE, LLDPE) master batch containing (76-85)% calcium carbonate. It is milky white with excellent dispersion.
  2. It can be mixed with polyethylene resin for film blowing, casting, extrusion etc. and is easy to disperse with good compatibility. It functions as a modifier to improve the heat resistance, slip resistance, size stability and printability. It also reduces heat release from burning and therefore prevents further environmental pollution.

Processing suggestions

  1. General loading is recommended at 5~35% with variation according to the products.
  2. The processing temperature is set according to resin’s processing temperature and it applies well among 160 – 280℃.

Package, Transportation and Storage

  1. All materials are packed in PE heavy-duty bag or PP woven bags with lamination inside.
  2. Please kindly note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage in transportation and storage.
  3. The product is sensitive to moisture. Make sure to use product immediately after opening the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90℃ for 30 minutes.
