Features

  1. KP is a poly propylene based plastic master batch containing (76-85)% calcium carbonate. It is milky white with excellent dispersion.
  2. It can be mixed with Poly propylene resin for silk spraying, non-woven fabric production, etc. and is easy to disperse with good compatibility. It acts as a supplement to improve heat resistance, tensile strength, dimensional stability and printability. It also reduces the release of heat from combustion and there efforts to prevent further environmental pollution.

Processing suggestions

  1. General loading is recommended at 5~35% with variation according to the products.
  2. The processing temperature is set according to resin’s processing temperature and it applies well among 160 – 280℃.

Package, Transportation and Storage

  1. All materials are packed in PE heavy-duty bag or PP woven bags with lamination inside.
  2. Please kindly note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage in transportation and storage.
  3. The product is sensitive to moisture. Make sure to use product immediately after opening the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90℃ for 30 minutes.
